Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Tupelo, Mississippi. This position is ideal for someone who excels in multitasking, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a dynamic office environment. You will play a critical role in supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.<br>• Answer and manage inbound calls, directing inquiries appropriately and ensuring clear and attentive communication.<br>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and updated records.<br>• Serve as the first point of contact by handling receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence.<br>• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and other activities to support team members.<br>• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.<br>• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.<br>• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound calls and maintaining clear, detail-oriented client communication.<br>• Strong skills in data entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including managing visitors and correspondence.<br>• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Solid understanding of office systems and procedures.<br>• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
