Project Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated Project Assistant to support test proctoring activities during an annual conference in Tucson, Arizona. This Contract position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks effectively. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of test-related procedures.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor and manage time during test sessions to ensure adherence to schedules.<br>• Provide clear instructions and guidance to participants throughout the testing process.<br>• Track and safeguard materials used during testing to ensure proper handling.<br>• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the test procedures.<br>• Assist in coordinating schedules and timelines to ensure smooth operations.<br>• Scan and organize relevant materials for easy access and reference.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address any issues or concerns promptly.<br>• Ensure compliance with established protocols and procedures during the event.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and adhere to schedules.<br>• Strong organizational skills with experience in planning and coordination.<br>• Familiarity with scanning and organizing documents efficiently.<br>• Background in project management or similar roles.<br>• Excellent communication skills to provide direction effectively.<br>• Attention to detail and accuracy in tracking materials.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br>• Experience in handling conference or event-related tasks is a plus.
