We are looking for an experienced Inventory Clerk to support inventory audits at a large hospital in Tucson, Arizona. This contract position requires precise and thorough counting of pharmaceutical inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards. If you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role may be the perfect fit for you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct detailed and accurate counting of pharmaceutical inventory during audits.<br>• Verify inventory records against physical stock to ensure consistency and compliance.<br>• Collaborate with hospital staff to facilitate smooth inventory audit processes.<br>• Identify and report discrepancies or issues in inventory counts.<br>• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of audit findings.<br>• Follow established protocols and procedures for handling pharmaceutical inventory.<br>• Assist in resolving inventory-related challenges in a timely manner.<br>• Ensure adherence to safety and confidentiality standards during inventory handling.<br>• Support the team in achieving audit deadlines and goals.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.<br>• Familiarity with pharmaceutical inventory practices is preferred.<br>• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.<br>• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and hospital staff.<br>• Proficiency in basic computer applications for record-keeping.<br>• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.<br>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following safety protocols.
