Help Desk Analyst
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will provide hands-on IT support, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues reported by users.</p><p>• Configure and deploy computers, peripherals, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.</p><p>• Track and manage IT assets, including hardware inventory and software licensing.</p><p>• Provide support for meeting room audiovisual equipment and video conferencing tools.</p><p>• Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.</p><p>• Implement security best practices and educate users about safe computing habits.</p><p>• Escalate complex technical problems to specialized IT teams when necessary.</p><p>• Maintain documentation of support activities and resolutions for future reference.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to improve IT support processes and workflows.</p>
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably within a corporate setting.<br>• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, M365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.<br>• Familiarity with technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, and configuration management tools.<br>• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively under minimal supervision.<br>• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.<br>• Experience with deploying and maintaining Apple devices and Android systems.<br>• Knowledge of computer hardware and IT equipment configuration.<br>• Capacity to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
