<p><strong>Key Skills and Tools</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Technical Proficiency</strong>: Intermediate experience with SQL, database design, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau.</li><li><strong>Communication & Collaboration</strong>: Strong ability to distill complex data findings into clear recommendations and train key end-users.</li><li><strong>Analytical Expertise</strong>: Sound knowledge of healthcare data and proven experience in conducting statistical analyses.</li><li><strong>Project Management Understanding</strong>: Familiarity with product, project, or program management concepts to align analytics work with organizational objectives.</li><li><strong>Software Skills</strong>: Proficiency in office applications to perform daily tasks efficiently.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education & Experience</strong>:</li><li>Bachelor's degree in analytics-related fields (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science, finance, economics) with <strong>2+ years of related experience</strong>; or</li><li>A non-analytics-related Bachelor's degree with <strong>4+ years of relevant work experience</strong> in data analysis; or</li><li>Extensive experience in data analysis without a degree, provided the skillset is robust and aligns with role requirements.</li><li><strong>Additional Attributes</strong>:</li><li>Knowledge of healthcare data systems or projects.</li><li>A commitment to lifelong learning and growth in analytics and technology.</li></ul><p><br></p>
