We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. In this role, you will oversee daily inventory and logistics operations at a secure facility, ensuring smooth transportation, organization, and tracking of materials. This position requires physical activity, on-site coordination, and attention to detail in managing inventory systems. Responsibilities: • Retrieve packages from local carriers and deliver them to the designated facility. • Organize, store, and maintain materials in an efficient and orderly manner. • Pull parts and supplies as required for operations and projects. • Accurately record and manage inventory movements, including receiving, relocating, consuming, and verifying items. • Coordinate daily logistics activities to support operational needs. • Ensure compliance with security protocols while working in a controlled-access environment. • Regularly lift and transport materials as part of daily operations. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory and logistics. • Support ongoing improvements in inventory and logistics processes.

• Proven experience in logistics, distribution, or related fields. • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and workflow efficiently. • Ability to lift and transport materials regularly as part of the job. • Familiarity with inventory management systems and data entry. • Comfortable working in a secure, controlled-access facility. • Valid Real ID and permanent residency in the local area. • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination. • Knowledge of shipping, customs, and logistics functions is a plus.
