Tech Support Manager
<p>We are looking for a Tech Support Manager to join our team in Trevor, Wisconsin. This contract-to-permanent position requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can oversee technological tools and practices to support educational and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in long-term planning, technology evaluation, and ensuring optimal use of systems across departments. In this ONSITE role, you will be working directly with staff and students, so hands on communication and ability to support technologies in a manner appropriate for children and non-technical adults is important. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collaborate with curriculum and instructional teams to align technology tools with academic standards.</p><p>• Monitor organizational technology needs, including hardware, software, classroom tools, and instructional platforms.</p><p>• Research and propose innovative technologies that enhance learning, streamline operations, and align with strategic goals.</p><p>• Develop and contribute to a comprehensive five-year technology roadmap, including budget planning and recommendations.</p><p>• Promote safe and ethical technology practices across all teams and departments.</p><p>• Maintain ongoing development to stay updated on emerging trends, certifications, and best practices.</p><p>• Offer technical expertise on device ecosystems, operating systems, and learning platforms.</p><p>• Coordinate with IT, curriculum, and administrative teams to ensure smooth integration of new systems and tools.</p>
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Google Classroom, and G-Suite administration; Google certification preferred.<br>• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and MacOS environments.<br>• Experience working with tools such as Clever, Palo Alto, and Meraki.<br>• Familiarity with Chrome OS administration and managing Chromebook fleets.<br>• Google Workspace/G-Suite Certification is preferred.<br>• CompTIA A+ Certification is highly desirable.<br>• Chrome OS Administrator Certification is advantageous.<br>• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in technical support or technology management roles.
