We are looking for a dedicated Mitigation Specialist to join our team in Traverse City, Michigan. In this role, you will play a critical part in responding to emergency situations, restoring properties, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have experience in restoration, construction, or related fields and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and provide efficient solutions.<br>• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and mold remediation processes with precision.<br>• Assist in cleaning and deodorizing properties affected by fire and smoke damage.<br>• Operate restoration equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and extractors safely and effectively.<br>• Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate protective gear during all tasks.<br>• Document job progress thoroughly, including photographs and detailed notes.<br>• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to ensure they are clean and in excellent working condition.<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating professionally and empathetically with clients.<br>• Support management in completing projects on time and to high-quality standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.<br>• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a similar field is preferred.<br>• Relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.<br>• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous tasks regularly.<br>• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.<br>• Availability to work on-call, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to hard work.
