Family Self-Sufficiency Specialists
We are looking for dedicated Family Self-Sufficiency Specialists to join our team in Towson, Maryland on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide critical support to individuals and families striving for financial independence and stability. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in social work, case management, or counseling to make a meaningful impact in the community.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage escrow accounts for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.<br>• Coordinate and schedule training programs tailored to clients' needs.<br>• Provide assistance in accessing childcare resources and services.<br>• Organize and lead resource fairs to connect clients with essential community services.<br>• Plan and execute outreach events to engage and support the local community.<br>• Assist with fundraising initiatives to support program goals and client services.<br>• Facilitate the intake process by completing required forms and gathering necessary information.<br>• Offer referrals to relevant organizations and programs based on clients' needs.<br>• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient case management and program delivery.<br>• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and services provided.
• Previous experience in social work, case management, counseling, or a related field.<br>• Strong administrative skills, including calendar management and scheduling.<br>• Ability to handle client intake processes and maintain detailed records.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including answering inbound calls.<br>• Proven ability to organize events such as resource fairs and outreach activities.<br>• Familiarity with managing financial accounts or escrow processes.<br>• Experience in fundraising or coordinating community programs is a plus.<br>• Proficiency in utilizing office tools and software for administrative tasks.
