Family Self-Sufficiency Specialists
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Family Self-Sufficiency Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Towson, Maryland. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in social work, case management, or counseling, who are passionate about empowering individuals and families. Your work will focus on providing vital resources and support while ensuring administrative tasks are handled efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee and manage client escrow accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.<br>• Coordinate and organize training sessions tailored to client needs.<br>• Assist clients in accessing childcare resources and other essential support services.<br>• Plan and execute community resource fairs and outreach events.<br>• Design and implement fundraising initiatives to support program goals.<br>• Facilitate the intake process by managing forms and ensuring accurate documentation.<br>• Provide referrals to appropriate organizations and services to assist clients effectively.<br>• Maintain clear communication with clients and respond to inquiries promptly.<br>• Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Proven experience in administrative coordination, social work, case management, or counseling.<br>• Strong skills in managing client intake processes, including documentation and referrals.<br>• Proficiency in handling escrow accounts and other financial tracking responsibilities.<br>• Exceptional organizational abilities, including calendar management and scheduling.<br>• Experience coordinating events such as training sessions, resource fairs, or outreach programs.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.<br>• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with community resources and support services is highly desirable.
