• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software systems. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Knowledge of standard cost accounting and activity-based costing (ABC) methodologies. • Experience in inventory planning and financial reporting processes. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively across departments.
