<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a project in Tigard, Oregon, on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting invoices and managing recurring billing setups while adhering to established procedures. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate in a dynamic and supportive environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Enter invoices into the system with precision and efficiency.</p><p>• Follow detailed instructions to ensure data accuracy and consistency.</p><p>• Utilize web-based tools and software to perform data entry tasks.</p><p>• Ensure all entries comply with organizational standards and guidelines.</p><p>• Provide support for various data-related tasks as needed.</p>

<p>• Proficiency in data entry, including numeric and text-based inputs.</p><p>• Experience with Office Suite applications.</p><p>• Ability to type quickly and accurately.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of work.</p><p>• Effective communication and teamwork skills.</p><p>• Previous experience in invoice processing is a plus.</p>
