Client Relations Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Thomson, Georgia. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering the opportunity to contribute to our customer-focused initiatives while building strong and lasting relationships. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing client inquiries, delivering tailored solutions, and supporting the sales team in expanding business opportunities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and production timelines to ensure satisfaction and clarity.<br>• Develop a thorough understanding of client needs to provide personalized recommendations and solutions.<br>• Coordinate and schedule meetings with both current and potential customers as required.<br>• Stay informed about product offerings, including specifications, usage, and pricing, to confidently address customer questions.<br>• Partner with the outside sales team to identify growth opportunities and foster long-term business relationships.<br>• Verify technical details with clients or regional sales managers and accurately input orders into the system.<br>• Create detailed production orders based on customer purchase requests and usage projections.<br>• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials.<br>• Handle customer complaints with professionalism, offering solutions to maintain satisfaction and trust.
• Proficiency in CRM tools to manage customer interactions and data effectively.<br>• Strong skills in answering inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service.<br>• Experience assisting clients with billing functions and resolving complaints.<br>• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data organization.<br>• Proven ability in account management and developing sales strategies.<br>• Excellent communication skills to build rapport and address client needs confidently.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Previous experience in outbound sales or customer support roles is a plus.
