<p>Our client is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager on a direct hire basis in Dallas, TX. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for strategically managing all aspects of warehouse operations—including receiving, inventory management, distribution, safety, maintenance, and personnel development—in alignment with company policies and performance objectives.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Strategically manage all warehouse operations in compliance with company policies and vision.</li><li>Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management to ensure operational excellence.</li><li>Design and optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.</li><li>Initiate, coordinate, and enforce effective operational policies and procedures.</li><li>Adhere to all legal requirements for warehousing, handling, and shipping.</li><li>Maintain exemplary standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security within the facility.</li><li>Manage detailed stock control and reconcile with warehouse data storage systems.</li><li>Prepare and manage the annual warehouse budget.</li><li>Liaise with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless operations.</li><li>Plan and optimize work schedules, assign tasks, and regularly appraise performance.</li><li>Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to build a high-performing team.</li><li>Generate and analyze operational reports and statistics (e.g., inventory movement, dead stock).</li><li>Receive feedback and proactively monitor the quality of services provided.</li><li>Oversee preventative maintenance and repair for building systems (plumbing, electrical, dock doors, lighting, safety systems, etc.).</li><li>Direct the maintenance, repair, and calibration of all warehouse material handling and storage equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, racks, etc.), as well as shipping/receiving devices (scales, data collectors, etc.).</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.</li><li>Expertise in warehouse management procedures, best practices, and process improvement.</li><li>Demonstrated success in implementing operational process enhancements and driving results.</li><li>Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs and performance metrics.</li><li>Practical experience with warehouse management software and database systems.</li><li>Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.</li></ul><p><br></p>
