Specialty Recruiter Intermediate
We are looking for an experienced Specialty Recruiter Intermediate to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in managing recruitment processes, ensuring smooth communication with candidates, and driving hiring strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.<br>• Conduct thorough research to identify candidates with experience in areas that align with specific job requirements.<br>• Manage inbound and outbound calls to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to refine hiring processes and implement process improvements.<br>• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in recruitment practices and provide consulting support to stakeholders.<br>• Negotiate terms with suppliers and candidates to ensure successful placements.<br>• Prepare detailed internal reports to track recruitment metrics and outcomes.<br>• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational standards.<br>• Build strong relationships with candidates and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.<br>• Identify opportunities for enhancing recruitment strategies and contribute to pivotal improvements.
• Proven experience in accounts payable (AP) and recruitment processes.<br>• Strong ability to conduct research and review data effectively.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.<br>• Expertise in consulting and negotiation within recruitment contexts.<br>• Familiarity with supplier management and process improvement methodologies.<br>• Demonstrated ability to act as a subject matter expert (SME) in recruitment.<br>• Solid skills in preparing internal reports and tracking metrics.<br>• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
