Property Associate (PM)
                    
					
						We are looking for a dedicated Property Associate to join our team on a contract basis in Tarrytown, New York. This role involves providing administrative and accounting support to ensure the seamless operation of one or more properties, while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and clients. As part of the property management team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide direct administrative assistance to property management, including organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.<br>• Maintain and update databases related to employees, clients, and customer contracts.<br>• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with insurance requirements for tenants.<br>• Develop and implement tenant orientation programs and property manuals.<br>• Process accounts payable by reviewing and coding invoices, and support accounts receivable tasks such as billing and sending collection notices.<br>• Track administrative expenses, prepare budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.<br>• Coordinate tenant communications, including memos and meeting arrangements.<br>• Act as a liaison between tenants and team members, ensuring requests are addressed promptly and effectively.<br>• Manage vendor setups and obtain required documentation, like W-9 forms and certificates of insurance.<br>• Monitor tenant service requests and ensure their completion to satisfaction.
					
					
						• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.<br>• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.<br>• Previous experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.<br>• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Familiarity with property management systems, such as Yardi, is a plus.<br>• Capability to handle financial tasks, including budget tracking and vendor invoicing.<br>• Knowledge of compliance standards and procedures for tenant and vendor management.
