This role requires strong technical and functional knowledge, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that align with business objectives.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Analyze complex business requirements related to revenue recognition and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion configurations.</li><li>Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud to meet client-specific needs, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards.</li><li>Provide expert guidance on revenue allocation, contract management, and performance obligation tracking within Oracle Fusion.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, including finance, IT, and business teams, to ensure seamless integration with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, Order Management, Procurement).</li><li>Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.</li><li>Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.</li><li>Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and new features, providing recommendations to optimize system performance and enhance business processes.</li><li>Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.</li><li>Strong understanding of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 and IFRS 15) and their application within Oracle Fusion.</li><li>Expertise in configuring Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud, including Revenue Contracts, Performance Obligations, and Standalone Selling Prices (SSP).</li><li>Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Revenue Management with other Oracle Cloud modules and third-party systems.</li><li>Proficiency in Oracle tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and SmartView for reporting and analytics.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud: Revenue Management Implementation Professional) are highly desirable.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional/Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, Order Management, or Subscription Management.</li><li>Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, or other programming languages for custom reporting and data migration.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.</li><li>Prior consulting experience with a focus on client-facing roles.</li></ul>
