Compensation is flexible $60-75/hr on W2 depending on experience (can go higher if 1099).</p><p>Interviews are actively being scheduled - Apply NOW!</p><p><br></p><p>The Jenzabar Systems SME/Consultant will lead strategic and operational initiatives to optimize finance processes and Jenzabar One system configuration. This role is critical to the success of the Process Reimagine & Redesign (PRR) initiative, ensuring that financial operations are streamlined, compliant, and aligned with institutional goals. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert in Jenzabar One Finance, driving system improvements, process redesign, and staff enablement through hands-on support and strategic guidance.</p>

<ul><li>Proven experience with Jenzabar One Finance systems, including configuration, integration, and reporting.</li><li>Strong background in financial process analysis, redesign, and implementation.</li><li>Expertise in change management and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Familiarity with higher education finance operations and compliance requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to develop strategic roadmaps and translate vision into actionable plans.</li></ul>
