Litigation Paralegal
<p>We are looking for a highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. This position demands a proactive individual with strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.<strong> 100% in office. EXCELLENT benefits. Please send your resume to Stacey Lyons via LinkedIn for IMMEDIATE consideration!!!</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including pretrial preparation, discovery, motions, filings, and trial proceedings.</p><p>• Perform legal and procedural research, including analyzing federal and state court rules and local procedures.</p><p>• Maintain and monitor case calendars to ensure adherence to court deadlines and timely filings.</p><p>• Support e-Discovery initiatives, including managing platforms and navigating tools effectively.</p><p>• Organize and manage electronic case files across various matters to ensure accessibility and accuracy.</p><p>• Prepare, organize, and electronically file pleadings and other legal documents with precision.</p><p>• File court documents through federal systems such as CM/ECF and other platforms, as well as Florida state court systems.</p><p>• Coordinate schedules and provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys as required.</p>
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.<br>• Proficiency in handling discovery processes and civil litigation tasks.<br>• Experience with trial preparation and litigation procedures.<br>• Strong skills in managing case calendars and tracking deadlines.<br>• Familiarity with e-Filing systems and electronic document management.<br>• Ability to work with e-Discovery platforms and tools.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Effective communication and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced environment.
