<p>We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team in Tacoma, WA. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations for a rentals and sales team. The role is fast-paced, collaborative, and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide daily support to the team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.</p><p>• Manage order entry and updates in Salesforce with precision.</p><p>• Utilize Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, including formulas for data analysis.</p><p>• Coordinate product deliveries and pickups by through dispatch software.</p><p>• Assist in posting online advertisements and responding to customer inquiries.</p><p>• Prepare and provide accurate sales quotes to potential clients.</p><p>• Maintain inventory records</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to support sales and marketing initiatives.</p><p>• Ensure smooth communication with customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.</p>

<p>• Proven experience in sales support or a related role.</p><p>• Proficiency in Salesforce for order entry and sales</p><p>• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including the ability to work with formulas.</p><p>• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Familiarity with inventory management and dispatch software.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</p><p>• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.</p>
