This contract opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to leverage their experience with real estate software platforms, specifically Buildout Rethink, and support back-office operations with accurate and efficient data management.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Enter, update, and maintain data within the Buildout Rethink platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Audit and validate records for consistency and quality, making corrections as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to retrieve, review, and input property data, client information, and transaction details.</li><li>Generate routine reports and queries to support business operations.</li><li>Assist with special projects related to data organization and digital recordkeeping.</li><li>Uphold confidentiality and maintain high data integrity in all tasks.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience working with Buildout Rethink software.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of professional data entry or administrative experience.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud-based business software and basic analytics tools.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt to evolving project needs.</li></ul><p><br></p>
