We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to join our team in Sullivan, Missouri. In this role, you will oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP modules, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with business goals. This position offers a dynamic environment for professionals passionate about leveraging technology to drive organizational success.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the implementation and integration of ERP modules, focusing on configurations and custom solutions tailored to business needs.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop strategies for ERP system enhancements.<br>• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.<br>• Analyze and optimize ERP structures, configuration standards, object dependencies, and tables.<br>• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.<br>• Conduct full life cycle implementations, including system design, testing, and deployment.<br>• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and custom solutions.<br>• Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during system enhancements.<br>• Utilize advanced programming skills, such as ABAP, to create and modify ERP functionalities.<br>• Support the integration of business intelligence tools within ERP systems to enhance reporting and decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent relevant experience.<br>• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP systems, with expertise in at least two modules such as MM, SD, QM, WM, PP, or PM.<br>• Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and other ERP-related programming skills.<br>• Strong knowledge of ERP configuration standards, object dependencies, and system tables.<br>• Demonstrated experience in full life cycle ERP implementations and production support.<br>• Familiarity with project management processes and tools.<br>• Ability to design and implement custom solutions, including user exits and system enhancements.<br>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
