We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Sulfur Springs, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of account reconciliations, and maintaining smooth cash application processes. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while honing your financial expertise.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform daily account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.<br>• Process cash applications and postings with attention to detail.<br>• Generate comprehensive accounts receivable reports, including aging reports.<br>• Record accounts receivable ledger entries in a timely manner.<br>• Conduct collections activities and follow up with vendors when necessary.<br>• Utilize basic Excel functions, such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP, for data analysis.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve financial issues.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.<br>• Work within NetSuite to manage accounts receivable processes efficiently.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.<br>• Proficiency in managing account reconciliations and cash applications.<br>• Familiarity with commercial collections and vendor interactions.<br>• Strong knowledge of billing functions and cash activity processes.<br>• Basic proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.<br>• Experience generating detailed financial reports, such as aging reports.<br>• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and organization.<br>• Prior experience with NetSuite or similar financial software is preferred.
