We are looking for a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Sugar Land, Texas. This role focuses on recruiting for engineering positions, including application proposal engineers, within a company known for its water and wastewater treatment solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to recruitment and excel in managing the full cycle of the hiring process.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.<br>• Identify and attract top talent for engineering roles, including application proposal engineers.<br>• Utilize various sourcing methods to build a strong pipeline of candidates with relevant experience.<br>• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with the role.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.<br>• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and efficient documentation.<br>• Provide regular status updates and check-ins on recruitment progress.<br>• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.<br>• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for engineering roles.<br>• Strong background in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition.<br>• Expertise in sourcing candidates using various tools and techniques.<br>• Skilled in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment documentation.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proactive approach to recruitment and communication with stakeholders.<br>• Preferred background in engineering or technical industries.
