Human Resources (HR) Manager
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Stuart, Florida. This is a contract position, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong background in HR processes and compliance. The role will focus on overseeing employee relations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance within a small office setting.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage employee enrollment processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.<br>• Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and addressing employee inquiries.<br>• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.<br>• Handle employee relations matters professionally, fostering a positive work environment.<br>• Supervise HR functions such as payroll, time tracking, and HRIS system updates.<br>• Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and other HR needs.<br>• Maintain and update HR documentation to reflect current regulations and company policies.<br>• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding workplace policies and benefits.<br>• Assist with audits and reporting to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Proven experience in Human Resources management, including employee relations and benefits administration.<br>• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and regulations.<br>• Proficiency in HRIS systems and related software.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.<br>• Ability to work effectively within a small team environment.<br>• Familiarity with business casual office settings.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Experience with workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
