Dispatcher

We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our team and support the day-to-day operations by managing schedules, handling dispatching tasks, and working alongside our technical staff. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and dispatch service calls to technicians, managing their schedules throughout the day. Handle schedule adjustments due to weather changes and prioritize calls based on urgency. Use ServiceTitan, a cloud-based dispatch software, to assign and manage tasks effectively. Communicate directly with technicians, including apprentices and senior techs, to provide details for calls, callouts, and scheduling. Triage incoming requests and ensure efficiency and accuracy in dispatching without direct customer interactions. Qualifications: Previous dispatching experience is preferred but not required. Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with cloud-based software like ServiceTitan. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills to collaborate with technicians and manage schedules seamlessly. Coordination, scheduling, and adaptability to changing conditions are essential. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in dispatching or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in using computer systems and cloud-based platforms for scheduling and logistics.<br>• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage dynamic workflows.<br>• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make decisions under pressure.<br>• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technicians and team members.<br>• Knowledge of coordinating schedules and handling call-outs.<br>• Technically savvy with a willingness to learn and use dispatching software.<br>• Prior experience working in a service or logistics environment is a plus.
