HR Recruiter
<p>We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Virginia. This role may be remote or hybrid based. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting rapid organizational growth by sourcing and hiring top talent for various salaried positions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to finalizing hires, across a wide range of salaried roles.</p><p>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.</p><p>• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and various networks to build a robust talent pipeline.</p><p>• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates’ qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations based on organizational needs.</p><p>• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation of recruitment activities.</p><p>• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.</p><p>• Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a high-growth environment.</p><p>• Engage with candidates to promote the organization and provide a positive recruitment experience.</p><p>• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.</p>
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate setting.<br>• Proven ability to source and recruit for a diverse range of salaried roles, including supply chain, engineering, finance, and accounting.<br>• Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.<br>• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing techniques, including social media platforms and detail-oriented networks.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in recruitment processes.<br>• A proactive and results-driven approach to talent acquisition.
