<p>A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an Assistant Controller to provide analytical and operational financial support across the business. This role focuses on cost accounting, financial analysis, and ERP process improvement, working closely with both accounting and plant leadership. <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting</li><li>Strong analytical skills and hands-on ERP experience</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across departments</li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working with a high degree of autonomy</li><li>Must live within a reasonable day-trip distance to the plant</li></ul><p><br></p>
