Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, manage incoming and outgoing calls, and ensure seamless order processing. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.<br>• Handle inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and courtesy.<br>• Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experiences.<br>• Provide product and service information to customers as needed.<br>• Uphold company standards for customer service and communication.<br>• Assist in identifying and reporting recurring customer concerns.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<br>• Familiarity with order entry systems and processes.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.<br>• High level of professionalism and customer focus.
