<p>We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team. This position requires someone with strong technical skills and the ability to bridge the gap between business processes and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in SQL, Power BI, and data analysis to validate and support system changes while developing impactful data models and reports.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to gather and analyze application and data requirements.</p><p>• Design and develop data models and user reports to support organizational decision-making.</p><p>• Conduct end-to-end testing of applications to ensure functionality and reliability.</p><p>• Validate and support changes by reading and understanding application codebases, including VB.Net, .Net, Vue JS, and Blazor/C#.</p><p>• Document requirements and create test scripts to ensure thorough testing processes.</p><p>• Utilize Power BI for model creation and report development.</p><p>• Apply knowledge of Informatica and perform basic data mapping documentation.</p><p>• Support agile methodologies by contributing to iterative development and testing cycles.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.</p>
