Asset Management Assistant
<p>We are looking for a part time Asset Management Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Springfield, Oregon. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication with property managers and vendors. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and skilled in handling various administrative tasks efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process and pay bills accurately and in a timely manner.</p><p>• Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy access and reference.</p><p>• Convert budget documents into PDF format and ensure proper documentation.</p><p>• Request invoices from contractors as needed and verify their accuracy.</p><p>• Monitor vacancy data by tracking occupancy reports and providing updates.</p><p>• Compile and prepare files and detailed reports for the Home Report.</p><p>• Coordinate schedules and appointments with property managers and vendors.</p><p>• Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.</p><p>• Generate detailed reports and ensure compliance with established procedures.</p>
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.<br>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint for data management.<br>• Ability to answer inbound calls professionally and provide excellent customer service.<br>• Skilled in maintaining organized and accurate files and documentation.<br>• Experience in handling data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with creating detailed reports and managing budgets.<br>• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with property managers and vendors.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
