<p>We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee and deliver high-quality projects within an IT environment. This is a long-term contract position located in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and expertise in managing complex projects.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.</p><p>• Facilitate Agile Scrum processes to promote collaboration and efficient workflows within project teams.</p><p>• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and performance.</p><p>• Utilize Atlassian tools, including Jira, to manage project tasks, track issues, and streamline communication.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.</p><p>• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.</p><p>• Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing concerns.</p><p>• Oversee project documentation, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible.</p><p>• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables.</p><p>• Promote adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards</p>
