HR Generalist
<p>Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to support a collaborative and high-performing work environment, driving workforce engagement and organizational growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and resolving workplace issues</li><li>Administer onboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll support, and exit processes</li><li>Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communications</li><li>Advise managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential employee records</li><li>Coordinate training and professional development initiatives</li><li>Assist with performance management processes and annual reviews</li><li>Support compensation and benefits administration, responding to employee requests</li><li>Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion programs</li><li>Stay up to date on employment laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>3+ years of HR generalist experience preferred</li><li>Familiarity with federal and state employment law</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational abilities; able to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Demonstrated confidentiality and professionalism</li><li>Experience in financial services or a similar industry is an asset</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work culture</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement</li></ul><p><br></p>
• Proven experience in human resources administration, including payroll and benefits management.<br>• Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to maintain accurate employee records.<br>• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and employee integration strategies.<br>• Experience managing full-cycle payroll operations with attention to detail.<br>• Understanding of employee relations practices and the ability to resolve workplace concerns.<br>• Proficiency in HR policies and compliance requirements.<br>• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple HR tasks.<br>• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and adapt to dynamic work environments.
