If you have strong organizational skills and a passion for ensuring compliance in accounting practices, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The salary range will be $50,000 - $55,000 DOE along with clear opportunity for career growth! </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Please reach out to Austen Zemrock on LinkedIn for a direct confidential conversation or email me a Word version of your resume for more information.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and review corporate tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.</p><p>• Manage sales tax filings, including timely submissions and reconciliations.</p><p>• Record journal entries and maintain detailed documentation to support financial transactions.</p><p>• Oversee general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are properly classified and reconciled.</p><p>• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.</p><p>• Support audits by providing accurate records and assisting with inquiries.</p><p>• Identify opportunities for process improvement within accounting operations.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and accounting standards.</p><p>• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.</p><p>• Provide guidance on complex accounting issues to support decision-making.</p>

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in preparing corporate tax returns and managing sales tax processes.<br>• Strong skills in recording journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts.<br>• Familiarity with accounting principles and tax regulations.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.<br>• Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.<br>• Proficiency with accounting software and tools.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
