We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Springdale, Arkansas. In this contract-to-permanent role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient scheduling and communication between field staff and internal teams. This position requires a proactive approach to managing schedules, addressing challenges, and maintaining service quality.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and assign field technicians or drivers based on workload, skill set, and location.<br>• Adjust daily schedules to accommodate emergencies, delays, or shifting priorities.<br>• Communicate job instructions and updates clearly to field staff in a timely manner.<br>• Provide real-time support to technicians by addressing inquiries or resolving escalations.<br>• Monitor the progress of jobs to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.<br>• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, work orders, service times, and updates.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to streamline operations.<br>• Utilize dispatching software to track jobs, update notes, and optimize workflow.<br>• Generate and distribute reports as requested to support operational transparency.

• Previous experience in dispatching or coordinating logistics.<br>• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.<br>• Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch systems and related software.<br>• Ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.<br>• Problem-solving skills to handle emergencies or unexpected delays.<br>• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal and field teams.<br>• Proficiency in using technology for scheduling and communication.
