Controller
We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial documentation. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong ability to manage document control processes effectively. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, skilled in managing financial records, and capable of maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial document control and organization.<br>• Ensure accurate scanning, storage, and retrieval of critical financial documents.<br>• Maintain and compile financial records in compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.<br>• Implement and monitor processes for secure document handling and access.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and reporting procedures.<br>• Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.<br>• Train and guide team members on document control systems and best practices.<br>• Develop and maintain efficient workflows for scanning and digitizing financial documentation.<br>• Provide support during audits by preparing and organizing required financial documents.
• Proven experience in document control and financial record management.<br>• Proficiency in document scanning and digitization processes.<br>• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements for financial documentation.<br>• Ability to analyze and compile financial data accurately.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.<br>• Experience with document management systems and related software.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
