Executive Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior-level executives in Spokane, Washington. This is a long-term contract position that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled.<br>• Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.<br>• Arrange logistics for executive meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting materials.<br>• Handle incoming phone messages and ensure timely responses to inquiries.<br>• Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal teams.<br>• Prepare and manage confidential correspondence and reports.<br>• Organize and maintain files and documents for easy access and retrieval.<br>• Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.<br>• Assist with special projects and assignments as needed.
• Must have at least 3+ years as an Executive Assistant in a large organization • Proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling appointments. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements with attention to detail. • Familiarity with preparing agendas and managing meeting logistics. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software • Proficiency in office software and tools, including email and document management systems.
