This is a temporary to hire opportunity, paying $23-26/hr depending on experience, if interested please apply today and for immediate consideration call Keisha at 775-828-0969</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle accounts payable tasks for multiple entities </p><p>• Assess workflow procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.</p><p>• Build and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing vendors.</p><p>• Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.</p><p>• Review purchase orders, payment terms, prices, and other charges to ensure accuracy.</p><p>• Code and enter manual checks, recurring payments, and organizational transactions.</p><p>• Maintain business licenses</p><p>• Provide support for inventory-related tasks</p><p>• Deliver exceptional service and support to customers, maintaining a high standard of satisfaction.</p><p>• Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.</p>

<p>• Associate's degree or at least 3 years of experience in an accounts payable role.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and standard office equipment.</p><p>• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and practices.</p><p>• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information effectively.</p><p>• Detail-oriented approach and appearance suitable for a business environment.</p><p>• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.</p><p>• Collaborative team player willing to contribute to shared objectives.</p><p>• Self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks without supervision.</p>
