We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a contract with the potential for a permanent position. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the development and optimization of key reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong technical abilities, and a collaborative approach to solving complex data challenges.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Build and refine reports to address underlying data needs and ensure accurate insights.<br>• Evaluate existing reporting processes, propose innovative solutions, and implement improvements.<br>• Automate accrual processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.<br>• Reconcile financial accounts and perform checks to ensure accuracy.<br>• Create and manage data feeds that integrate seamlessly with subledger systems.<br>• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deliver high-quality results.<br>• Utilize Power BI, Excel, SQL, and DAX to analyze and visualize data effectively.<br>• Apply reinsurance knowledge to address specific industry-related challenges.<br>• Think creatively to solve data issues and support strategic decision-making.<br>• Contribute to the successful completion of project-based tasks within deadlines.

• Proven experience in data analysis and financial reporting.<br>• Expertise in reconciling accounts and ensuring data accuracy.<br>• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and DAX.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.<br>• Familiarity with reinsurance processes and industry standards.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.<br>• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members.<br>• Experience automating workflows and optimizing data feeds.
