The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships with both purchasing agents and engineers, leveraging their technical expertise and sales acumen.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.</p><p>• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.</p><p>• Collaborate with purchasing agents and engineers to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.</p><p>• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads to secure new business.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer retention and growth.</p><p>• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.</p><p>• Use Microsoft 365 tools to manage client interactions and track sales activity.</p><p>• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to support strategic planning.</p><p>• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.</p><p><br></p><p>The salary range for this position is $24/hr to $26/hr. • Proven experience in account management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial sales environment.<br>• Strong background in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.<br>• Excellent skills in inside sales and managing inbound inquiries.<br>• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.<br>• Technical orientation and ability to understand complex customer requirements.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other relevant software tools.<br>• Effective communication and negotiation skills.<br>• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
