Surveyor
We are looking for a dedicated Surveyor to join our team in South Gate, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in gathering, documenting, and analyzing data to ensure accurate and efficient operations. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering precise results.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct surveys and gather data across designated locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.<br>• Maintain detailed documentation of collected information and prepare reports for internal use.<br>• Collaborate with team members to analyze survey data and identify trends or discrepancies.<br>• Utilize software tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Excel to manage and organize information effectively.<br>• Follow company guidelines and regulations to ensure all processes meet compliance standards.<br>• Drive to various sites within the assigned range to perform surveys and assessments.<br>• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on survey progress and findings.<br>• Monitor and maintain equipment and tools required for surveying tasks.<br>• Support office functions by contributing to data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.<br>• Stay informed about industry best practices and integrate them into daily operations.
• Proficiency in using tools such as CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other management software.<br>• Experience with compliance standards and documentation processes.<br>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data collection and analysis.<br>• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently under minimal supervision.<br>• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.<br>• Familiarity with ADP financial services and IBM AS/400 systems is preferred.<br>• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is advantageous.<br>• Willingness to travel to different locations as required for survey tasks.
