We are looking for a skilled NOC Technician to join our team in Somerset, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in network operations and technical troubleshooting. The role involves supporting critical systems, ensuring seamless functionality, and managing network-related tasks with precision and efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor and maintain network operations to ensure optimal performance and uptime.<br>• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Norton Utilities on Windows systems.<br>• Support wireless application protocols (WAP) to ensure smooth connectivity and functionality.<br>• Manage wireless personal area network (WPAN) configurations and troubleshoot related issues.<br>• Assemble and test cable systems to guarantee quality and reliability.<br>• Collaborate with team members to implement effective solutions for network challenges.<br>• Document and report network performance metrics and incidents accurately.<br>• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams as needed.<br>• Ensure compliance with established protocols and procedures for network operations.

• Proven experience in network operations, particularly in a NOC environment.<br>• Strong knowledge of Norton Utilities for Windows systems.<br>• Familiarity with wireless application protocols (WAP) and related technologies.<br>• Expertise in managing and troubleshooting wireless personal area networks (WPAN).<br>• Hands-on experience with cable assemblies and testing.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.<br>• Strong communication skills for effective reporting and interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
