<p>We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our team in Somerset, Kentucky. This role involves handling a variety of legal processes related to real estate transactions, including title management and working collaboratively with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in real estate law and a strong attention to detail to ensure seamless operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee and manage the entire title process for real estate transactions.</p><p>• Collaborate closely with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, builders, buyers, and sellers to facilitate property deals.</p><p>• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines.</p><p>• Conduct detailed legal analysis and ensure accuracy in all documentation.</p><p>• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.</p><p>• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters.</p><p>• Monitor compliance with real estate laws and regulations to mitigate risks.</p><p><br></p>

<p>• Must hold a valid license to practice law. Kentucky Bar.</p><p>• At least 1 year of experience in real estate law.</p><p>• Proficient in drafting, briefs, and legal documents.</p><p>• Skilled in conducting discovery and analyzing legal information.</p><p>• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.</p><p>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</p><p>• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations is essential.</p>
