We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee complex projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and analytical skills, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and departments. This role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving efficiency to achieve organizational goals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital solutions and automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.<br>• Collaborate with department heads and field teams to coordinate efforts and maintain project momentum.<br>• Identify gaps in processes and workflows, actively resolving issues by engaging with the appropriate teams.<br>• Manage a portfolio of high-value projects, maintaining oversight and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.<br>• Implement and oversee upgrades, workflows, and end-to-end solutions for enterprise systems such as SAP and Jira.<br>• Facilitate communication and change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder satisfaction.<br>• Work closely with senior leadership to address high-level demands and provide comprehensive project updates.<br>• Utilize advanced analytical skills, including data mining and problem analysis, to drive informed decision-making.<br>• Drive automation efforts, leveraging tools such as CRM platforms and RPA technologies.<br>• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards while maintaining focus on continuous improvement.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management.<br>• Proven expertise in implementing digital solutions and automation tools.<br>• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data mining and advanced Excel capabilities.<br>• Exceptional communication abilities, with experience in change management.<br>• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, Jira, and CRM platforms.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage high-value portfolios and collaborate across departments.<br>• Experience working within manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors preferred.<br>• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and automation technologies is highly desirable.
