Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Smyrna, Georgia. In this long-term contract role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building positive relationships with customers.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure accurate account management.<br>• Communicate effectively with customers to address their concerns and provide solutions.<br>• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.<br>• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions and account updates.<br>• Utilize SAP systems to manage and update customer records as needed.<br>• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.<br>• Provide timely follow-ups on customer inquiries to ensure a seamless resolution process.<br>• Support the team in achieving departmental goals by contributing to a positive work environment.
• Proven experience in a customer service role with a strong focus on resolving customer issues.<br>• Proficiency in using SAP systems for documentation and account management.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach to handling challenges.<br>• Familiarity with billing processes and related systems is a plus.
