Help Desk Analyst
<p>We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Sherman, Texas. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to provide outstanding technical support to both students and staff. The role involves a mix of desktop support and light networking tasks, ensuring smooth operations across multiple campuses.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Title: Desktop Support </strong></p><p><strong>Location: Sherman, Tx </strong></p><p><strong>Pay: $25 per hour </strong></p><p><strong>Duration; 6 month Contract to hire </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide comprehensive desktop support for staff and students, including resolving hardware and software issues.</p><p>• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory accounts and permissions.</p><p>• Install and maintain software applications, including specialized programs for educational purposes.</p><p>• Monitor and respond to service desk tickets in a timely and detail-oriented manner.</p><p>• Conduct basic troubleshooting for network connectivity and technical issues.</p><p>• Support Single Sign-On processes to ensure seamless access to systems.</p><p>• Travel to campuses and offices within a 3-hour radius for onsite technical assistance.</p><p>• Assist with the deployment and configuration of Windows 10 systems.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and user experience.</p>
• Proficiency in Active Directory management and troubleshooting.<br>• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.<br>• Experience with basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.<br>• Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems and processes.<br>• Understanding of Single Sign-On technologies and their implementation.<br>• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and students.<br>• Willingness to travel for day trips to provide onsite support.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
