Project Coordinator
<p>We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Coordinator of Project Management to join our team based in Sherman, Illinois. In this role, you will provide essential support to project managers, ensuring smooth operations in scheduling, documentation, budgeting, and communication. This is a long-term contract position designed for professionals who excel in organization and thrive in collaborative environments.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Assist project managers with scheduling tasks to ensure timely completion of milestones.</p><p>• Maintain and update project plans, including rosters and onboarding support for team members.</p><p>• Collect, validate, and organize project-related information and data to support decision-making.</p><p>• Facilitate the creation, management, and sharing of collaborative documents and data repositories.</p><p>• Support the preparation of status reports and project presentations for stakeholders.</p><p>• Monitor budgets and track expenses to align with project financial goals.</p><p>• Ensure clear and effective communication across teams and stakeholders.</p><p>• Utilize software tools such as Project, Excel, Word, and Visio to manage tasks and documentation.</p><p>• Oversee scanning, photocopying, and organization of project documentation.</p><p>• Assist with planning and coordination for project-related activities.</p>
• Proven experience in project management support or coordination roles.<br>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.<br>• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various deadlines.<br>• Effective written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions.<br>• Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial tracking.<br>• Ability to facilitate onboarding and roster management activities.<br>• Skilled in collecting, validating, and documenting project information.<br>• Experience preparing well-structured presentations and status reports.
