We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead and oversee a variety of IT projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, project planning, and team collaboration tools. This is a long-term contract position based in Shelton, Connecticut.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and deliver IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline requirements.<br>• Apply Agile Scrum principles to ensure efficient project execution and team collaboration.<br>• Utilize Atlassian Jira for tracking project progress and addressing roadblocks.<br>• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.<br>• Develop detailed project plans and schedules to guide project execution.<br>• Monitor and report project performance, identifying areas for improvement.<br>• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates and gather feedback.<br>• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management.<br>• Provide mentorship and leadership to team members to foster a productive environment.

• Proven experience in IT project management with a focus on Agile methodologies.<br>• Certification in PMP or equivalent project management credential.<br>• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and frameworks.<br>• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and collaboration.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
