Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Shawano, Wisconsin. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a customer-focused environment and demonstrates strong communication and computer skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.</p><p>• Process applications accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.</p><p>• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using provided systems.</p><p>• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address questions and resolve concerns.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and streamline processes.</p><p>• Provide support for order entry tasks, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.</p><p>• Identify and escalate issues requiring additional attention or resolution.</p><p>• Deliver exceptional service while adhering to organizational policies and standards.</p>
<p>• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles.</p><p>• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with data entry and relevant software.</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</p><p>• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.</p><p>• High attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.</p><p>• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.</p><p>• Experience in non-profit organizations is a plus.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested, give Kara a call at 920-666-6382!</p>
