<p>We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM D365 F& O Developer to join our team in Minnesota. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in shaping and supporting our organization's business systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and implement ERP and CRM system enhancements to meet business needs and improve functionality.</p><p>• Collaborate with business leaders to analyze and document processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</p><p>• Oversee and execute testing, quality assurance, and change management activities during development cycles.</p><p>• Create and maintain functional specifications, partnering with technical teams to design effective solutions.</p><p>• Manage vendor relationships, balancing priorities, timelines, and budgets to ensure project success.</p><p>• Lead and mentor business analysts and support staff, fostering detail oriented growth and process improvements.</p><p>• Automate manual workflows and streamline operations to enhance data quality and user experience.</p><p>• Monitor resource planning and allocation across projects to meet organizational demands.</p><p>• Stay informed about industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve services.</p><p>• Perform additional tasks as needed to support operational goals and initiatives</p>

<p>• Minimum of 5 years of experience in D365 F& O development and support.</p><p>• Proficiency in client-side scripting and API development.</p><p>• Familiarity with Dynamic CRM and MuleSoft.</p><p>• Strong skills in business requirement documentation and configuration management.</p><p>• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.</p><p>• Experience in managing testing, quality assurance, and post-implementation reviews.</p><p>• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.</p>
